Custom Card terms and conditions

  1. If it be a character card, at least five reference photos should be sent.
  2. Ensure you take care in making custom messages spelt correctly. Otherwise, the mispelling will stay on the card.
  3. There are no refunds for custom cards as they cannot be reused.
  4. Make sure lots of details are provided for your order so you can ensure our product is the best it can be for you.
  5. If you see any of our custom cards on our homepage and feel inspired, you must ensure to give credit to Alignment Studios or AS Ltd.
  6. You have an option to provide a message or a name on the inside of the card and the outside of the card, or an illustration. Any vulgar language costs extra (depending on how extreme).
  7. If you are not content with this card, feel free to not leave a review on our website. We do not care.
  8. If any special requests that involve more work then a 2D card are included, then extra cost will be added onto your bill.
  9. The moment it is ordered, any extra requests will have to be in a different card if there be any.
  10. If you don't want your card to arrive half completed, then don't be rude to our staff.
  11. Any personal connections will get a 20% discount on custom cards only. Don't try to lie about this.
